The style of Korean Martial Arts we teach develops concentration, speed,
power, strength, accuracy, balance and coordination. In its purest form, the essence of training is “Mind over Body”seeking deeper than just acquiring
physical strength and skills. This program strives to
improve the individual through self-discipline, self-control, self-confidence, patience, humility, respect and
perseverance. At the same time, it is an excellent way to stay in
condition since practicing utilizes every single muscle in the body.
Here at Martial Arts International, we teach “Traditional
Korean Martial Art Style utilizing modern teaching methods and strategies”. What this means is that while we focus on developing the concepts of mutual respect, courtesy, integrity and self-control, we do not ignore developments in modern physical and “practical”training, expanding our Martial Arts knowledge in general
